What makes for a stunning pet photo?
-
Lighting… What are my choices?
-
Positioning Pets… How do I do it?
-
Personality… How do I capture that?
Learn some tips and tricks from award winning
photographer Dee Hunter, and bring your camera! Also
bring your flash and your tripod.
After a digital presentation by Dee, we’ll have some
stations set up, with lighting, and backdrops for you to
practice Pet Photography.
If you have a photogenic, well behaved pet, that is
happy to stay in a crate in between modeling shoots, and
would like to have it’s photo taken, please fill out the
form below.
Crating your animal, or keeping in the car when not
being used as a model is required. Props are encouraged,
such as a basket (if your pet is little), favorite
blanket, toy, or costume. Don’t forget the treats! All
pets must be current on their vaccinations!
Note: if you sign your pet up, you will need to be the
one to get it’s attention and make it look cute, and let
others take the great photos, but will encourage members
to send you their best shots.
Photographers always love to share. You will have a
short time limit, so that you have time to go photograph
other’s pets and return the favor to their owners.
If you have a friend who has a cute pet, and they would
like to provide a pet model, that would be great!
To ensure an adequate amount of pet models, please sign
your pet up (or your friend’s pet w/your name) on the
form below,
