Fair Sign-Up
2009
Clerks: It’s the Clerks job to
make sure that every entry is properly accounted for and that they
are all displayed in their correct division and class. Every entry
has to correspond with the computer printout that the Judges will be
using.
Any class changes must be approved and documented by the clerks.
On Judging day, all the winning entries have to be documented and
verified, as well as any additional class changes that the Judges
may request.
It’s educational and quite rewarding, or the same members wouldn’t
be volunteering year after year.

below, what day and shift you would like, and hit submit.

below to insure your requested date is available.
Clerks
We’re looking for eight Clerks this year. We need a few extra
names as “Back-Up Clerks”, just in case. Clerks will need to be
available on Aug. 12, 14, (15 maybe) and 16.
The Clerks will work in teams of two and will have runners
available to help as needed.
Clerk training will be conducted early in July.
